Wood deck, leveled land and wood chip

Hi there I have a newly built house with no landscaping done on the property. We have a bit of top soil which has been put into a pile on the back yard, and I'd like to get this leveled out across the area. Would like a wooden deck with wrap around seating outside the living room which faces onto the back yard. Possible wood chip walk way down side of the house, and fencing to secure area for a dog. Would love to talk to someone about ideas and what they think would look good. Many thanks Tim
