Fixing sunken tiles, laying pebble stones and some planting

As part of preparing our house for sale in February, various small "tidy - up" bits of work are needed to be carried out in our back garden. 1) A few tiles have sunk and need to be lifted and re-levelled plus the few immediately adjacent to them. Estimate about 16 tiles involved. 2) Three white pebble stone pathways require the top level to be removed and replaced with clean white pebbles. 3) Planting approximately 8 small plants along a timber lined strip of soil. Advise on what plants to plant, that will thrive in that spot and will match the overall theme of the garden. Suggestions welcome for other work that could be done to enhance the look of the back yard. Timeline - would like to work to be done in December but would like to have it arranged and booked in well in advance.
