Blair completed our new paving, it was completed on time, to quote and really like the way he had samples of colours of pavers at quote appointment. He communicated really well during this job We have since had rain and water pools on pavers as no slope for rain to drain Contractors blames condition of existing pavers but never said this would be issue at time of organising or during job

"Hi Helen .I have tried to contact you an come around to your house to look at the issue with the puddle an when I did you hid in your house.I have also offered to fix your old paving but also no communication I have been open an honest with you an shown you respect as I do with all my clients.My work is of high standards as my previous reviews will say an will continue to be .All the best Helen an if you would like me to re level the old paving I can do that.Take care .Cheers Blair"
