I'd like a garden bed created along a fence line: thinking only 600mm width, with an edge of some sort, tilled/plowed up existing ground (which is quite hard and dry), and nice topsoil / compost added. Length of fenceline shown on photos. Open to suggestions on how to control weeds until plants mature (not bark). No planting requested.
