Clear existing planting on driveway borders and replant

We have approximately four tree stumps that need grinding, plants removed, spoil removed and borders replanted - we are thinking camellias - wanting a clean, classic, formal look. I have contacted enable regarding fibre (and have plans) and have also contacted council re water supply on other side - they have plans on their website. We are keen to proceed immediately once we find the landscaper we feel comfortable with and have confidence in.
