Reposition hillside deck & small wooden retaining wall & fence

We have a house which has a deck and small wooden retaining wall, and a fence which have been built 50cm across the neighbour's boundary. These need to be repositioned on to our side of the boundary. There is a spa sitting on top of the deck. Possibly the deck could be cut down in size rather than moved. This needs to be done with a minimum of damage to the lawn and a good quality finish. I would hope the wood from the retaining wall can be re-used. There will be good access from the neighbour's house if a digger is required. The trees on the fence line will be removed before any work is started. I have no idea about budget. I want the job done properly, not necessarily cheaply.
