Paving and drainlaying

1) I need to lift a paved area (approx 35m2), Dig down approx 150mm and set falls in opposite direction. Prep sub base and relay paving using existing conc pavers. Install a small (1mx1m) concrete apron set to fall into new sump. 2) Lay new drain from sump and connect into the existing stormwater drain at the front. Requires lifting paving, drilling through a retaining wall and repaving. There is a natural drop in elevation from one end to the other of about 2m. Approximate length of drain required will be around 16m. Successful contractor will need to sort out whatever approvals etc are necessary with CCC. Needs to be done before Christmas.

The job took a bit longer than expected, but Christmas got in the way of that and there was a little extra work to do on the original scope so that was perfectly understandable. We then extended the scope to do a bit more landscaping which helped me out enormously. Mark was absolutely great to deal with. I strongly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
