Difficult deck area

I'm wanting a small deck area, approx 12m2 designed and constructed however there is a small solid rock retaining wall which slopes down from 215mm - 100mm. I would like the deck to be kept as low down to the retaining wall as possible.The deck needs to cover the top of the rock retaining wall as it looks awful. I'm looking for someone who is creative and can make the area look good as it is not as simple as throwing up a square level deck.
