3 over 60s houses need landscape design & construction

We have three over 60s building been built in Avonhead. Please find the attached bird-eye view plan as well as builder's plan. It's almost finished and below is the quote our builder provided for "supply and install" of the following items: Estimated Rates (supply and install) Exposed concrete _ about $125 per sqm (yes we want exposed concrete) Sumps drains _ $800 each Boundary fences _ $70 per m, Dressed timber fences _ $180 per m Gates _ 800 each (3 garden gates) Retractable Clothes on steel posts _ $900 each Fence mount Mailboxes _ $350 each Level garden and lawn areas, add new topsoil, seeding new lawn is about $50 per sqm. You have about 185 sqm of garden and lawn area. We don't particularly like the landscaping design and we're looking for a second opinion.
