Experienced person required to scrape out section, dispose of surplus, lay top soil and sow (or spray on) lawn. Some boxing required at front of property only. 3 sections of lawn laying required (plan attached). Area at back of of house to be prepared for single. Hire of small bob cat digger required as narrow area by patio edge (1.28cm). House built, patios and fencing in however good access through dble gates at front of property. No planting or shingle supply required. Only require grass laid and strips left for gardening. Purchase of top soil etc will be required in price.
