Approx 20m long wooden retaining wall along bank. 1m high. Sand soil. Old halswell quarry stone wall in parts that can be left and covered.
Also a wooden 1.8 wooden basic fence with X2 gates (already purchased with hardware) to close off back yard, along edge of old concrete pad and then across to retaining wall. See pics.
