Garden project quote #2

Hi!
We have a U shaped garden surrounding our lawn.
On the U shape is a lot of bark and some hedge saplings my family brought down.
I'd like to get in touch with someone to work out a rough estimate for getting the garden up to scratch for a low maintenance style garden. Currently we believe that the bark is hindering the growth of some of these saplings. I would also like an option for putting in basic irrigation for those plants to reduce manual watering - cost dependent.
