Install artifical grass for a small outdoor area at my rental property

I am looking for a very cost effective install of artificial grass at my rental property as the area is too small and funny shape for mowing and grass has basically died off. I would like someone who is experienced in installing artifical turf to compete the job and to send me a detailed plan and costing. I can access the materials if needed e.g. turf, sand, hire tools so you just do the install but would depend on your cost and what turf you recommend installing. I am looking for something that is pet friendly, doesnt get too hot in summer, and long lasting. Please see photos of my outdoor area which is quite small and is kind of a rectangle area about 5 x 3 and then a strip about 1.5 x 5 roughly. I can get exact measurements this coming weekend. I am looking to have this installed if price is reasonable beginning of April. I can meet someone onsite this Sat Feb 28th at 9am to view the outdoor area in person. thank you Justin
