Retaining wall and fence - westmorland

We require a new retaining wall to replace our existing one. We also require a fence attached to the top of the wall. The old wall hasn’t failed it is just in the wrong location. New wall is to be straight (old one curved) and will be around 23m long and 1.3m high. The wall is to support a level grassed area. The fence attached to the top of the wall will probably be a metal panel type attached directly to the wall. We require the new wall to be timber with 150mm SED poles placed in concrete. There is vehicle access close to the wall but no vehicle access along the base of the wall only a 1.0m wide gravel path. There are no rocks so drilling the holes for the posts should be easy enough with the correct equipment.
