Section Clearning and grass/lawn laying

Around 80-100 sqm of land that needs to be cleared of overgrown grasses and weeds, in 2 parts in Lyttelton. First part is 30-40 sqm at the front of the property, packed shingle currently with some low level weeds to be cleared, weedmat laid down and bark/stones on top for low-maintenance finish. Second part is 40-50sqm of significantly over-grown grass and deep rooted weeds (wild fennel etc) that needs cleared, then partially levelled and new grass planted. Open to either seed or ready-lawn.
