Revamp part of my garden please

I have a garden at the back of the house that needs some TLC. It will require removing the existing trees that are still there (not many as others have already been removed). What I am imagining is a two tier stone garden that can potentially have veges on the bottom and maybe some citrus or other trees at the top. The bottom level having bricks that could perhaps be sat on. Also I am not sure if it is possible but looking at installing a stone bbq at the right handside of the garden could be nice.
