Turn my back yard into a garden

I'm re-opening this job because some of the people I selected first time round have not got back to me. Please consider quoting, especially if you were one of those I had to decline last time round. Landscaping including: excavation, drainage, retaining walls, paving and new lawn: * Lift 94 sq.m of brick paving and stack for re-use in carport. * Slightly lower ground level around house to ensure regulation 150 mm drop * Extend stormwater drains to 2 new collection pits; new collection drainage. * Break up and remove existing cracked concrete and asphalt in carport, re-level with screed, compact, and re-pave with bricks, including drainage gutters around edges. Total 53 sq.m. * Build 48 m of timber retaining walls approx 45 cm high to enclose new raised lawn; fill with well-draining soil; plant or sow new lawn. * Extend existing deck with treated pine timber 40 sq.m. * Other sundry items to be discussed. Access through carport will fit a ute or small truck. We have tried to think it all through so that you can quote on a reasonably well-planned piece of work. Best to meet on site to see exactly what is involved. There are are drawings and a list that you can take with you. We are guessing about 4 weeks of work.
