Small Paving Job

I need to put down a paving as footing for a shed. The shed base is 2.2 x 1.08. The dug up area in the picture has just reached a shallow drain pipe. Thus, I need someone to insall raised edge up against the fence to hold some backfil/level and to pave the area. NB A sewerage pipe also runs beneath this area. Need job done asap. Cheers
