3) Plant 14x Ficus Pumila (beside fence)
4) Plant 50x Dichondra Silver Falls (v small) to existing planter box
5) Relocate 5x small buxus-style plants within planter box
6) Plant 150x Pratia Angulata (v small)
7) Remove Kikuyu grass entirely from lawn, 100m2
8) Supply and install weedmat over lawn after grass removed, 100m2
