New lawn/fix lawn

I have a small garden and need the lawn bought back to life or relaid, it has a few weeds that need killing too. I have a dog so I need a tough grass, I think some can handle dog wee better than others (so I don’t get the dead patches) On the lower level I want someone to remove all the grass, spray and then lay river pebbles. Lastly, if possible I need someone to level out some tiles that have moved (I guess because of tree roots, so not sure how possible it is)
