Job description
1) Site Prep - spray existing grass cover 2) Excavation - excavate and remove off site 150mm thick of topsoil including vegetation. Remove c. 25sqm concrete, remove some brick from old patio. Clear and contour site ready for deck. 3) Deck - Supply and construct deck using --- piles, --- bearers, --- joists. Construct step/s to lawn. Clad in 140x19 Vitex - 38sqm 4) Boxed Seating - 450x450x5m boxed seating clad in Vitex 5) Lawn - supply/install 100mm lawn mix including base fertiliser. Supply and lay ready lawn (tall fescue) to prepared surface - 220sqm 6) Trees - supply/plant grafted 2 x lemon and 2x lime trees including citrus fertiliser 7) Fence - demoilish and remove old fence. Supply and construct 1.8m ship lap fence with capping using --- posts @ 1.8m ctrs, 100x50 rails, with 142x90 T&G MG3.2, with capping. 27lm in length

Aaron has been fantastic from the outset. When I first posted the job Aaron responded immediately and met me on site that same day to talk through design concepts. Aaron was "hands on", personally working on site and has the skills and equipment to deal with all aspects of the job unlike other tradies who needed to rely on subcontractors. Aaron's communication has been clear and constant and his attention to detail and professional approach throughout has made for a fantastic experience. I couldn't rate Aaron highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
