Lay new astro on concrete

We would like to lay astro turf on top of existing concrete (which is pretty flat). Would like a foam underlay if possible to ensure it is soft (its a kids play area). Product Tiger Turf Indian Summer has been suggested. Happy to look at substitutes. Needs to look good (as it's by entrance) and last. Area roughly 28m2 less a cut out for entrance path - see drawing in photo (measurements will need to be confirmed on site).
