Retaining Wall and Fence

I'm looking for a new wooden retaining wall with a simple rough sawn paling fence attached to it. The existing fence will need to be removed (as pictured). The wall will won't require a drainage coil or draining backfill. - Pic 1: Shows the fence to be removed and replaced with a wooden retaining wall and paling fence - Pic 2: Close up of the existing fence - Pic 3: Owner's side of the property. Decking can be trimmed back to allow space to build the wall - Pic 4: Rough sketch of required finished product and measurements - Pic 5: Example of similar retaining wall and fence
