Trim branches from large tree

There is a large tree in the back of the section. The property belongs to a friend and I am looking after it. It is rented to tenants. The branches overhang the neighbours who want them removed. Both parties are in communication over this. There is easy access from the neighbours. I would like a quote to cut and remove the branches (not sure if the other party wants the firewood).
