Retained Veggie Garden

Refer Photos. Want to build up area to match adjacent retained garden max height approx 800mm lowest height approx 250mm due sloping area. Length approx 3.8metres x 1.5metres wide allowing approx 600mm gap to fence for access. Boards on adjacent retained area are approx 45mm thick x 170mm . Would like to match. Will require support posts dug down and fixed in instant concrete and need chainsaw to get through some roots of pohutukawa stump (visible in photo).
