Build retaining wall and raise the level of the backyard using the dug out soil

I need to build the retaining wall most likely some block system filled with concrete. The soil needs to be dug out and used to raise/back fill the backyard. There are also few smaller wooden retaining walls that will be required to keep that soil at the right level. The section has a sewage manhole that will also have to be raised. We want to build the fence on the boundary, so the fence posts will need to be put into the concrete when keystone retaining wall is filled with concrete. The backyard gate will need to be moved as well as existing stone retaining wall repaired. Few smaller trees may need to go too.
