Repair retaining wall
Job description
The retaining wall is at the back of the house about 1.5m high and 12m long. The second and third planks from the top are showing signs of rot in certain places till about 8m from the left facing the retaining wall. The top plank is good. The planks are 150mm wide. I noticed the rot a few days ago when I went to nail the loose first plank and the hammer went through the second plank. I have checked the entire wall and observed no rot in other planks. Will be a good idea for the person accepting the job to have a good look in case I have missed something. Unfortunately there is no access to the retaining wall for a digger. The second and third photo shows the hammer damage and rot. I am posting another job for paving. Would appreciate if the same person could do both the jobs as they are the same landscaping ones.
