lawn levelling and retaining. (possibly decking)

As a result of significant drainage work I am going to have a large amount of clean fill removed from the front of my section in late Feb. Rather than pay to dispose of it all I want to see if it can be used to level my back lawn. I also need a fence built and possibly deck extended and new decking timber. The deck will depend on overall cost. Some retaining of less than 1m will be needed so you will need to be expert in retaining walls. I would like the work to be done in early march (this is important) Ideally I would like to get ideas of approach and cost by early Feb so that the job can be underway early March.
