Started well with good communication and enthusiasm from Dan, Then got the brief wrong and made me over order materials. forgot conversations and provided loose briefs to his subbie which resulted in back and forth. End result was an easier job then expected but as it took them much longer and missed materials, cost was significantly more. Poor finish on work. Asked me to pay invoice before terms, and ditched the second lot of work we originally wanted after paying for the first job.

"This is a very unfair review as discussed with you and on my original quote you wanted a wall and a fence, also you wanted to provide materials reducing our profit margin which I agreed , I gave you a very accurate quote for your materials but as you decided not to build the fence on day of starting of course there is materials left over! The extra work we did we did free of charge going above and beyond for you kabir with constant changes an mess from your side"
