1. Dig steps into retaining wall/lawn to allow access from lower pad. 2. Garden beds (raised?) on top of retaining wall, framing stairs 3. Trellis/fencing to frame drop from garden bed to lower pad 4. Fence east side of deck with glass 5. Replace/repair front gate- sagging hinges, swells in wet and one slat loose 6. Build steps down fence side of deck 7. MAYBE... Garden beds underneath house overhang, to be discussed 8. Top soil to lawn, currently very uneven ground Apologies for the crappy sketch, not at all to scale and lacking any detail. Current in blue and plans in black
