Raised planter box with bench seat

Wanting a tall slim planter box with a bench seat built along the fence line of our grass courtyard. Width is approximately 3.5m and i'd like the height of the planter to be around 75cm, with a bench seat running along the front of the planter box, sitting around 45cm high. See photos for examples. Note bench seating on the sides is not required.
