Replace lawn in backyard - Mount Eden approx 215sqm

Hi We would like to replace our current lawn. It has a lot of weeds and the original seed contained clover so we can't easily apply weedkiller to look after it. The current grass and weeds will have to be killed. Then soil prepared for new sowing. It is mostly flat but bumpy so we would like it leveled and rolled. Access to the backyard is pretty easy through the garage and double doors. We will also add a sprinkler system at the same time. Wanting to start the job in March.
