tree removal

Hello I own a 3 flat rental property at 83, Paice Ave, Sandringham. It comprises a front villa (divided into 2 flats), and a rear “add-on” flat. There is a large, tropical palm tree close to the right/rear corner of the building which is close to the flat roof of the back flat. The branches and leaves are probably touching the gutter. It has grown remarkably tall over the past 1-2 years. I think it is a potential hazard. Please quote to remove the entire tree. The quote is to include removal of rubbish and clean up.
