Ficus Tuffy Pleached Hedge and more

We want to screen our neighbours fence by planting an approximate 5 metre long Ficus tuffy pleached hedge with basic Buxus planting underneath. Then have this separated from the lawn with wooden or brick edging. We also need help with clearing weeds at the bottom of an organic rock wall to tidy up an area in the corner of the (same) garden with new ferns and ground cover around a Rimu tree.
