Works that will need to be completed are: - Remove old washing line - Create edged gravel path - timber or metal - Build pergola (similar to attached image - three free standing square arches) - Build 2 x raised beds (stained black) - Clear chicken wire from back fence and spray black (trees will be removed by then) - Stain existing LHS fence black - Attach trellis to LHS fence (stained black) - Attach trellis underneath deck (stained black) - Attach new retractable washing line to house and pergola
