General Landscaping

Area 1 - Front square planting area (measures approximately 2.6m x 2.8m) • Fill with high quality fertile top soil 100-150mm deep • Plant 3 x Dypsis Baronii palms along back wall • Plant a selection of other low growing specimen exotics • Lay heavy duty weed mat • Top with white pebbles 30mm depth Area 2 - 20m Side Boarder along white wall. (measures approximately 20m long x 0.4m wide) • Lay heavy duty weed mat strip • Top with white round pebbles approximately 30mm deep Area 3 - Continuation of Flower Bed along white wall (measures approximately 3m long x 0.4m wide) • Dig out strip of existing grass/turf to depth of 250mm approx. • Install grey mini edging bricks, embedded in grey concrete, to match existing grass edging strip see photo. • Lay in high quality top soil 100-150mm deep • Plant up screening/privacy planting • Lay heavy duty weed mat • Top with black bark chips 50mm deep to match existing Area 4 - Border in front of Kitchen window (measures approximately 3m long x 0.4m wide) • Divide up some existing plants • Top with white round pebbles to 30mm deep Area 5 - Border down left side of house to end of washing line (measures approximately 25m long x 0.3–0.5m wide) • Dig out 4 x existing bird of paradise plants • Fill with high quality fertile top soil • Lay in heavy duty weed mat • Plant with Dypsis Baronii palms or similar tall slow growing plants for privacy • Top with white round pebbles to 30mm Area 6 - Remainder of existing flower bed. (measures approximately 3m long x 1m wide) • Lay black bark chips 50mm deep over existing weed mat to match existing.
