Removal of old concrete tiles, levelling then required. I have some design ideas drawn up but seeking advice and design to modernise the courtyard by replacing with a combination of large concrete tiles or poured concrete, with small stones surrounding and in between the large pavers, small planting space included in the design idea and construction of a pagoda (no roof) We have sourced an outdoor fireplace so this will be the feature against the existing back concrete wall and we will need to incorporate shelves for stacking the wood. We need all work completed in time to put on the market end of Oct/beg Nov
