Fix rock retaining wall

We have had new stairs and a deck built and the rock retaining wall that was previously in place needs to be rebuilt, mortared and filled in one small area by the end of the stairs. We have the rocks leftover from where the retaining wall has been pulled out. It's a small job but we would like it done asap.
