Aim is to increase size of useable patio (before re-tiling) by removing old sleeper beds including the built-in bench & possibly the maple tree. Either excavating back to existing curved retaining wall (brick in photo) or to excavate further to line of top step and build new straight retaining walls. Will require drainage. Also looking to improve drainage on grassed area above. It is a levelled back garden but house is on steep slope. Tarmac path up side of house but narrow access. May only fit smallest of diggers. Downhill to street side. Pipes are irrigation pipes. Thanks
