I need to replace a fence between my property and my neighbour. The existing fence has collapsed due to neighbour building up garden against it. We now need to retain the soil and build a new fence. The retaining wall is 8 metrea long and will need to be about 600 -800mm high. The fence will be same length and 1800mm high. I think a small digger will be needed to remove the soil.
