Retain front yard

We want to retain our front yard to prepare for a deck to be built. The yard is 9 m x 3.3 m and will need 14.5 metres of retaining walls around it. The retaining walls will be between 400-800mm high. I calculate about 10-12 m3 of soil will need to be removed before building begins and there is a gas line, water supply and stormwater drain to navigate too. Ideally interested contractors could come and view the job this weekend. Thanks
