Flagstone patio and if possible framing for vege garden and fence

I am looking to create a nice area in the garden. The garden is 5m x 2.4m and i would like to add an approx 2.4 x 2.4 m flagstone patio with a small herb/vege garden in the corner (requires some wooden framing built) and a bamboo or flax fence approx 2m. Am open to organising these jobs separately.
