small retaining wall/box garden

I have removed a broken raised box garden that was against a boundary fence, previous owner clearly thought yuccas were a good idea but they grew far to big and exploded the box garden. Now the box garden has been removed I have a scarp ~60cm high as the neighbours level is a bit higher. The length is about 5m. I am looking for someone to quote on putting a low retaining wall/narrow box garden that would be about 5m long, 60cm high and fairly narrow, probably 30-40cm. I have some ideas on design, but open to suggestions and examples/idea from your previous work.
