removal and replacement of existing lawn

removal of top layer of existing lawn (front lawn including lawn driveway) and replacing with new lawn. the existing lawn and driveway was done a year ago. due to contaminated top soil we had lot of weeds growing along with the grass. also as we preferred a grass driveway the driveway was excavated and had plastic honeycomb mat & a layer of gravel,top soil & lawn installed but the job was not done properly and as a result the driveway still gets messy during winter and the lawn has weeds still coming through! i am now wanting a professional to redo the entire lawn /driveway for the last time. would prefer an immediate quote for the removal of the top layer of existing lawn and driveway and installing a new lawn
