Lift and relay paving stones

I have a path about 10m long and 1m wide. They paving stones need lifting, the ground needs to be flattened then relay the paving stones. I also have an another area with the same sort of deal lifting, flattening and relaying. The challenge for you is that in the 2nd area we need to get some water run off away from the house, under a fence and away to a drain.
