Current fak grass lawn is smothetered with weeds . very hard to poison or remove so will need compkete rely . Can be reral grass as is turf or can be Fake lawn again. Either wayb the soil under needs a weed killer treatment, a reset and re levelling.Quite easy to get at. Well defined edges in cobble stone. Pin into place with weed mat pins ok. Reckon on time spread over 2 half days once measured.
