"Unfortunately the contractor cut down the Short trees and left the tall ones, the opposite of what was asked. while they did offer to plant new ones unfortunately the damage was done. and i didn't take up the offer. The contractor came ahead of preorganised time so home owner wasn't available to clarify. Ii think we both learnt something about communication that day"
