Repair Retaining Wall: Approximately 3.2m long by 60cm high. Replace Fence: Approximately 3.2m long by 1.8m high. The Retaining Wall needs to be replaced with a more sturdy Retaining Wall and the Fence needs to be replaced with a like for like with the current Fence. Wall/Fence borders neighbours property. The ground is level to the Fence on our side, with the Retaining Wall being on the neighbours side. Easy access to property.
