Trent didn't have much to say but he listened and did the job to spec. He communicated well letting me know whether he was coming or whether the rain meant he couldn't. Everything was done with pride, he didn't rush instead he checked the quality as he went. The job took longer than some of the big companies suggested they could do it in but was done in a good time frame despite the rain and he honoured his original quote which was very important.
