Fill retaining wall and garden design

We've recently had a new fence and low retaining wall put in in order to gain a bit more level space in a mostly sloping garden. We're looking for someone to do the grunt work of filling in the wall space as well as provide some ideas on how to best utilise the rest of the garden The wall area is 3x7 m sloping from 0 to 0.9 m Access to the section is poor. A small digger can gain access via a neighbour and with the removal of a fence. The soil is mostly clay
